Scouse Inspiration
17.07.2016 by Tom Howard (See all user reviews)
This band are the best thing to come out of Liverpool for years. Criminally unappreciated but with a massive following of admirers including Noel Gallagher of Oasis and Ian McCulloch of Echo & The Bunnymen. Their first album is very eclectic in sound and mood and all the better for it. A musical trip. Reminiscent of The La's but better. Best tracks for me are "I Remember When", "Shadows Fall", "Dreaming Of You" and "Calendars And Clocks"
If you haven't listened to this band yet then do it today. Take that journey.
Highly recommended.
